Saturday morning I wake up and can't go back to

sleep, and the clock says it is only six thirty. All
my kids are asleep and I am totally awake, why, I
think it might have to do with getting up at 3 and 4
am for a week and a half, and my body has
gotten used to it, great.

I'm the same way on the weekends. I have a harder time waking up during the week than on Saturday. What the heck??
At least it's a LITTLE later than my internal clock. I wake up at 3:30am and can't go back to sleep. I will fall asleep at 5:30am and my alarm goes off at 6. So no matter what, I'm still tired when the alarm goes off!
