All In One

So as you can see I haven't posted in a while, but that certainly doesn't mean we haven't been doing anything. So to save me some time we will go over it all in one post.
Kirsten is now learning how to play the flute and is playing on her schools soccer team. Her first game will be tomorrow, I hope I remember to take pictures.
Kirsten, Kelsey and Ashton all are in Awana club at church. It is so sweet, Ashton calls it school. While the kids are in Awana on Wednesday nights they have a women's bible study at the church that runs the same time as Awana, so I was able to join. We are doing a study on the book of Judges and Ruth with Elizabeth George, it is called Cultivating A Life Of Character. So far I am pretty much totally lost and when it comes to knowledge of the bible and my reading comprehension skills, i totally suck, but I will take from the study what He wants me to. While the whole family is at the church, our Daddy is taking part in a CR group (celebrate recovery). We are really excited about this, and Daniel is ready to deal with things in the past. Please pray that he will continue to have the desire to participate in CR and things will be revealed that will help him heal.
We also started a study on Sunday afternoons, The Truth Project, we have only done 1 lesson so far but are really excited about it also. I personally am trying to saturate myself with the Lord so that I don't easily distract to other things like I have so many times in the past. We are super excited how our household is growing, the more me and Daniel are focused the more it changes for the better. I am not trying to look Holy, but just want to tell of our personal growth, and ask for prayer to continue on this path. Our Church is providing us with great tools to make our walk stronger, and we have needed this for a very long time.
Ashton is talking non stop and I think he says at least one new word a day, and uses it in correct context, it is amazing. Jack is getting around very good now, and he even runs. He is saying some words but you have to listen carefully. Some of them being, "hi", "here" and "a oh", and some more that I cant think of. He is so smart, he figures out things so quickly, you really have to be on your toes with this little guy. His favorite thing to do is to empty the sippy cup drawer of everything and place it all around the house, it is not my favorite trick that he does. Both of the boys continue to love to go to Amy's house, I feel so very blessed to have found her.
I hope to post more, but we will see, it is so hard to find time. When there is real legitimate down time I just want to veg and not do anything, can you blame me?
