Finally It's Coming
Fall that is. Tonight is was just a little breezy, a slight chill in the air, aww, I love fall.
What Would You Do For A Sad Baby
All In One
So as you can see I haven't posted in a while, but that certainly doesn't mean we haven't been doing anything. So to save me some time we will go over it all in one post.
Kirsten is now learning how to play the flute and is playing on her schools soccer team. Her first game will be tomorrow, I hope I remember to take pictures.
We also started a study on Sunday afternoons, The Truth Project, we have only done 1 lesson so far but are really excited about it also. I personally am trying to saturate myself with the Lord so that I don't easily distract to other things like I have so many times in the past. We are super excited how our household is growing, the more me and Daniel are focused the more it changes for the better. I am not trying to look Holy, but just want to tell of our personal growth, and ask for prayer to continue on this path. Our Church is providing us with great tools to make our walk stronger, and we have needed this for a very long time.
Ashton is talking non stop and I think he says at least one new word a day, and uses it in correct context, it is amazing. Jack is getting around very good now, and he even runs. He is saying some words but you have to listen carefully. Some of them being, "hi", "here" and "a oh", and some more that I cant think of. He is so smart, he figures out things so quickly, you really have to be on your toes with this little guy. His favorite thing to do is to empty the sippy cup drawer of everything and place it all around the house, it is not my favorite trick that he does. Both of the boys continue to love to go to Amy's house, I feel so very blessed to have found her.
I hope to post more, but we will see, it is so hard to find time. When there is real legitimate down time I just want to veg and not do anything, can you blame me?

5 Hours
5 hours it what it took to get caught up on the blog, I still have the 365, oh dear. I hope I have more days filled with nothing so I can keep up a little more. Until next time....
Help Needed
Ok so I was feeling totally over whelmed after starting full time and it only took a week for me to break down. I called a family meeting one night to discuss ways to help Mommy. First we brain stormed what needed to be done around the house during the week. This went really well, everyone was well aware of what needed to be done and spoke up so it wasn't just me talking. After that I made a chart with the days of the week and members of the family old enough to do chores. Then we went around the table to say what chore we wanted to take care of. I can't believe how well this worked, everyone took on chores that are realistic. We have posted it on the fridge so everyone can see it. Every night at 7 we look at the chart and start to get our chores done. We have done this for two weeks and it has so far been a huge success. It has helped me so much with feeling over whelmed, this is what we needed.
The New Is Really The Old
My very first, sweet hearted Kirsten has a lot of change going on right now, but in a good way. As most of you know Kirsten was following a rough road before that may have lead her to the wrong place. Since we have removed her from the old school things have changed quickly, but it was all her own. Kirsten still gets sassy of course, but it is different, she comes out of her room respectful, and acknowledging what she did wrong and apologies. This is not it, after we found out we were changing schools, Kirsten wanted to wear pink!!! This is huge, before she was anti anything girlie or cute, I think because of an outside party, but that has all changed. She picked out skirts for Chapel day on Friday and a pink lunch pale, which brings me to even better news. My sweet baby was starving her body at school for the last two years, which broke my heart. Kirsten now eats her lunch everyday and it is a good size lunch for a growing young girl. It brings tears to my eyes to see the change happening in her life. Not only is it her new school, but our Lord has his hands in ALL parts of her life. We have made some changes around the house that I think are making it easy for her to see we want to try and make things better, for our children and our selves. I just want to say thank you to everyone that is there for our family when we need you. I want to ask if you can continue to pray for Kirsten, to feel welcomed and comfortable at her new school, that she will have the desire to learn and do good in school, and that she will seek the Lord, it is very much appreciated. There is more news to come.....
I Wanna Go Potty
Warning
I just want to warn the few people that read this that it my sound like I am having a pitty party in some of my posts. Since I started working full time I feel like I have missed stuff that I normally would never miss, but what can I do. I talk about it a lot, and it is hard not to express this when telling a story, since it is coming from me. So understand I feel VERY blessed to be working, and I am extremely please with the care we have found for the boys, but I wish that I could be home more. So I just want you to understand that I am still grieving about having to go to work.

Happy Birthday Ashton
Ashton has turned the big 3!!!!
As I was looking threw pictures for some of my favorites to post, I realize... I have new favorites. Now that I am away from the home again the pictures of real emotion are my favorites. The moments I would normally hate Lisa to take pictures of cause "I'm not ready", are my favorite. As corny as it may sound I feel as if time is flying by, and I feel like I am missing so much. I want to cherish these moments, and I am lucky to have some caught on film. I can remember the feeling when I see these pictures, pure joy and love, and I still feel this, but they are only for so long.
Happy Birthday Part 2
Amy was so sweet, she made a cake for Ashton with his help on his actual birthday. She sent this via text message while I was working.

The New Sitter
This is Amy and her kids, Max 8, Grace 5 and Colton 3.
Don't worry I didn't ask her to pose just for my blog, I took this from her blog with permission.
I told Amy how appreciative I am of pictures, so she has been clipping a few shots for me while I am away at work.
The boys being snuggle buddies.
Ashton loves this buzz light year costume she has.
The boys also love the Piston Cup race track from Car's the movie.

New Hair For The New Start
For years Kirsten has asked to cut her hair short and I always so no because she has my hair and it is a pain short. But since we are on this starting new thing I thought it would help her feel like she is a new person.
