Got The Itch
I got the itch to organize from looking at Teresa's post about her and Donna's little organizing project. My closet has been bothering me for a while, however I felt like it was such a huge task I may not finish, which it beyond irritating. But today was the day, I just dove right in, and boy was it great.
This is the before pick.
And the After pic. Empty and no junk on top of it. Since we bought our desk a couple of years ago I no longer need the this cabinet. It was being used for all the stuff I didn't want to deal with but now it is going on the street with a free sign on it, woo hoo.
So as I am going threw tons of kids projects, report cards, birthday cards, anniversary cards that you just can't toss because the words are so sweet, baptism certificate, high school transcripts, and tons of other random papers, I find another random book, um no comment?
But the best thing I found was Our Mission and Vision Statement Daniel and I wrote during our pre-marriage class 7 years ago. As I am reading it, I start to cry. I remember all the hard times we went though, and as I am reading those words I realize how far we have come. Almost all the things we wanted for ourselves have happened. This is what some of the lines read.
We will be able to communicate about how we feel and what we want from each other on an intimate level.
We will have a deep desire to serve the Lord together.
We want our children and grandchildren to see the love of Christ through us.
We will be able to say how we feel about each other on a regular basis.
We will have an evenly yoked marriage where we help each other through our weaknesses.
We will be able to show affection and love toward each other for our children and ourselves.
We will honestly appreciate each other everyday for who we are and who we make each other to be.
We will have a deep trust for each other and be sympathetic to each otherneeds.
I feel truly blessed.

Oh Yes
Port tenderloin that had been in the crock pot all day in pineapple juice/chunks and dried cranberry's, it just fell apart when I went to take it out. 
And one of my favorites, scalloped potatoes, and enough for leftovers.
Pure Torture
As I am cleaning the hall bath tonight I look over and see the cutest little guy standing at his cell door. Sorry Buddy it is bedtime. He got board after I shut the door and went to bed. How?
How do you tell your sweet sweet neighbor to quit filling up your garbage can? It drives me crazy, we have overflowing cans without her help. She helps me all the time but really use your own can and smash down your garbage it might help. Please tell me what you think I should do.

So I never posted the other pic's of the girls room, I think because it is NEVER clean. Anyways, it was today so I took a few pic's so you could see.
Shadow?
Ashton was playing with his shadow last night. I can't even believe that I am posting this picture with all the laundry baskets, toys on the floor and him in a droopy diaper, well whatever, it is what it is right. Anyways he was acting like the broom was a microphone and singing and dancing, and he was having a lot of fun with his own shadow apparently.

Happy Birthday Dear Lisa, Happy Birthday to you!!
I just want to say how thankful I am to have such a wonderful person in my life. I hear of a lot of not so great step Mom's, but I have the best. I feel like she has always thought of me as her own, just as I love her as my own. She on countless occasions would go out of her way to help me, or do something special for me. My favorite is when I was living behind my Mom's house in a little apartment which felt like it was in the middle of the forest with a bunch of scary people out my door (all in my head of course). I called and begged my Dad to come and get me and Kirsten and take us to their house. He did, and then when I got there Lisa had shut all the blinds (which she never did at that time), so I wouldn't be scared about not being able to see out the windows. I can tell her anything and I know it is safe. I know that when she is giving me advice she is telling me what is best for me, and does it even if it is not what I want to hear. I love spending time you her, just doing nothing, and it never gets boring. She is the real deal, nothing is fake about her. I love you so much Lisa. Thank you for all you do for me and my family, we appreciate it.

What Happened To The Dibs?
Daniel went the store for me late last night and brought home a treat for the kids to share. After everyone had a few he said to put it away, and there was still some left at that point. Well later that night he went into the freezer pulled out the Dib's and puff just like that it was empty. He asked if I ate them, "nope I didn't", then who? Kirsten confessed the next morning and said she didn't get a lot because she was playing web-kinz, so she finished them off. But the part I don't get, why put the empty container in the freezer. 29 Weeks Old
You can't see his face you are saying, yes I know. I wanted to post this picture because I was trying to get a picture of my baby but he kept grabbing everything he could, he has the camera string here. I have to be careful not to get any drinks close, your plate, anything he will get it, and he has a really good grip too. He must get it from his big Daddy, lol.

Tissue Culprit
Ashton's nose is off the hook right now, just a continous stream of snot. He is a good little boy and will wipe without even being asked to. However, he doesn't put his used tissues in the garbage, he puts them behind the speaker. We have been watching him, he will wipe, then look from side to side to see if anyone is watching and drop it behind the speaker and carry on. Well at least he is wiping right.

Fishin With Papa
My Dad has taken the kids fishin on several occasions recently and I wanted to share some of the pictures and videos he has taken. Ashton seems to like fishin, and that really makes Papa Wayne happy.

Kirsten was pet sitting for the neighbor, and she went up stairs to find one of the dogs in action on Ariel's face. So I cleaned it up for her and in return she changed all the kids poopie diapers all day.

Ashton Get's Hurt Again
Oh boy, boy's get hurt so much more then girls, at least this one does. All the cousins were having fun in the front room, ruff housing. The little guy comes into the kitchen and is crying and saying his mouth was hurt, Daniel saw a little blood but didn't really look that closely. Later in the night, Lisa noticed how swollen his face was, he looked like the people off the grinch movie. He face was starting to black and blue around his nose too, so we were trying not to wipe it constantly, as seen in the picture below, (and I wanted Donna to see the green snot, lol). So we were told that he hit his face, on what, I am not sure. But he chipped both of his front teeth and jammed them into his gums. He isn't looking so hot right now, lets just say that. As of now, he is pretty sore, he isn't really into eating because of discomfort, and he is talking a little different. The swelling is starting to go down a little after it has been a little over 24 hours since it happened. So we get to go to Lincoln again to see what the doc says, I hope his grill isn't always going to look like this. And mostly that nothing further is wrong.
